The BBIC is a not-for-profit organization organized by the financial and business community in the county. It provides business loan guarantees, bonding, equity captial, job opportunities and other business services to qualified business owned by black citizens that cannot obtain financing through other sources. The BBIC also provides training and educational programs in cooperation with many other organizations.
