Vision:To be a model organization for excellence in uniting economic development resources to serve the greater community. Mission:Analyze the economic conditions and changes occurring in the downtown area, including the effect of such factors as metropolitan growth, traffic congestion, parking and structural obsolescence and deterioration. Formulate long-range plans for improving the appeal, use and public accessibility of downtown facilities, remedying any deterioration of property values and developing the downtown area. Recommend to the city, business owners and residents the best actions for implementing downtown development plans.
Today, the Business Partner Roundtable leads a coordinated strategy of economic development, urban design, and public services to strengthen Downtown as: - The heart of West Palm Beach and the economic and cultural hub of the region,
- A prosperous place for businesses and institutions,
- An attractive urban environment for visitors and residents, and
- A vibrant place to live, work and play.
